Radio Bop Africa is excited to announce the launch of Creative Monday, a dedicated weekly segment on our morning show THIS IS IT, airing every Monday from 8:00–10:00 AM within the show’s 6:00–10:00 AM broadcast. Creative Monday will focus on the vibrancy of African creativity, shining a light on innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, tech founders and the creative industries that are reshaping our economies and cultures.

Why Creative Monday?

Mondays set the tone for the week. By placing creativity and entrepreneurship front and center at the start of each week, Radio Bop Africa aims to inspire action, spark collaboration and amplify voices that drive change. Creative Monday aligns with our mission to inform, empower and connect communities across the continent by providing a platform where ideas, challenges and successes are shared openly.

What to Expect:

- In-depth interviews: Each Monday between 8:00 and 10:00 AM we’ll host a featured guest — from visual artists and musicians to tech innovators and startup founders — who will share their journey, lessons learned and practical advice for aspiring creators.

- Sector spotlights: Weekly themes will explore music, film, fashion, digital startups, social enterprise and more, highlighting both creative work and the business models behind it.

- Honest conversations about challenges: We’ll discuss access to funding, market entry, intellectual property, distribution channels and the infrastructure gaps that creatives face — plus solutions and success stories.

- Listener participation: We want to hear from you. Creative Monday will invite listeners to share their creative journeys, pitch ideas, ask questions and connect with potential collaborators and mentors.
